Hi, My name is Shawna Jeff. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 and as every other mother knows, I needed (and still need) workout to get my pre-baby body back. This site is going to be a journal of my progress to help motivate me to meet my goals.
I used to be really in good shape, from sports in high school (Go Blues!), to frequent running after college (a few 10k’s even!), but then marriage, new house, two kids back to back, and I had to start all over.
I’ve been working out consistently for the last year and I’ve made a lot of progress, but there’s still a lot more to go. A few friends of mine told me I should do a blog, as I’ve been able to guide them through their workouts too. So here I am, I hope you enjoy!!!
